Sam's Deli & Sweet Box Bakery has been a quiet cornerstone of McMinnville's food scene — a place where neighbors stop by for their morning coffee and a fresh croissant, where families gather for weekend lunches, and where the smell of baking bread is enough to make you turn the corner without even knowing why.

We don't buy our bread from a factory. We don't use processed meats. Every sandwich is assembled by hand, every pastry is rolled, shaped, and baked in our kitchen, and every recipe has been refined over years of serving this community. That's not marketing — that's just how we do things.
